  • Yes, we only provide remote therapy.

  • Sessions are confidential and we do not disclose information unless you have given me permission. There may be rare times your information is shared if there is a concern about your safety or the safety of others. The full confidentiality policy will be shared in the initial session.

  • Yes, we have evening times available Mon - Thurs. Please visit our website for a more detailed schedule.

  • No, there is no minimal commitment to the amount of sessions. We encourage open dialogue throughout our work together.

  • We recommend a consistent schedule that works for you, whether that is weekly or every other week. You can discuss what frequency might be the best fit with your therapist.

  • We are in network with CIGNA & Blue Cross Blue Shield (Virginia/DMV area).

    8/1/2024 I will be in network with Tricare East. 

    Insurance can cover much of the costs of mental health treatment. Private pay fees are available. We can help file insurance claims and gather information about your coverage. You are responsible for letting us know when and if your insurance coverage changes.

    We are unavailable for crises and emergencies. If you are experiencing a crisis or emergency call 911, contact a mental health crisis hotline, or visit your local Emergency Room.

  • Our out-of-network cost is $200 for a 60 minute session.

  • We require 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a fee equal to the cost of the full session. If you fail to attend a session without notice, you will be charged the cancellation fee.
